Help Pave the Path.

For decades, the women’s section at Tathāgata Meditation Center has had no dedicated walking paths. We’re committed to changing that. With your support, we plan to build 11 new paved walking paths—complete with lighting for safety and early-morning practice, and newly planted trees that will frame the paths with shade and serenity. The total cost of this project is $35,000, and if funded, the paths will be completed before our first retreat of 2026 in March.

Last year, TMC hosted over 300 yogis across 160 retreat days. With about seven hours of walking meditation per person every day, practitioners completed over hundreds of thousands of steps this year.

Each step taken moves us toward enlightenment,

Each step adds to our merit.

These paths, lighting, and trees will directly support that depth of practice for generations of meditators.

If you feel moved to help create a more supportive environment for women practitioners, your contribution will have an immediate and lasting impact.
